Villino Vernì

The Vernì villa is behind the Baia Verde district of Gallipoli, renowned for its nightlife, its services, and the fantastic fine sand beach, but far enough inland to enjoy peace and quiet. The villa is surrounded by a large and rich garden with independent access and reserved parking; inside it consists of a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large porch with a canopy. Work completed in May 2024. The space Check-in times: 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Check-out by 10:00 a.m. To safeguard the furniture and furnishings in the apartment, during check-in we ask for a deposit of €200 in cash that is returned at check-out after checking the good condition of the apartment. Guest access Guests are welcome in all areas of the house and have a large private fenced garden with parking inside. Other things to note The house has everything you need for your stay. On request, we can also provide sheets and towels, especially if you are coming by plane. Contribution for the rental of sheets and towels: €10 per person to be paid on site.
