Villa on the Mincio

From Peschiera del Garda, the turquoise Mincio river winds through a lovely hilly landscape to Mantua. After about 25 minutes by car, the river passes the idyllic village of Ferri where this charming accommodation is located. The starting point is ideal for enthusiastic cyclists, nature lovers, fishermen and connoisseurs.   The space The apartment extends over 2 floors and consists on the ground floor of a fully equipped kitchen-living room with dining table and a day toilet. The sofa offers an additional sleeping option for one person.   On the second floor, there is a bright, large bedroom with a king-size bed and a modern bathroom with a spacious shower, sink, mirror, toilet and bidet. WiFi is available free of charge. The outdoor area with garden is lovingly maintained by the owners and can be used jointly. Equipped with a comfortable sun lounger, garden furniture and hammock, this is a place to enjoy a few drinks, sit back and relax. There is also a charcoal grill, which invites you to a barbecue in a cozy atmosphere. The property offers a car parking space in the courtyard. Guest access The owners live in the other half of the house, they do not disturb the privacy of their guests, but are friendly and always happy to help, which makes a stay much more pleasant. The dog Buddy is friendly and playful and at some point he has to do with greeting the guests. Other things to note A few minutes' walk away is the restaurant “Da Rita”, known for its delicious pizza and typical local specialties.   One of the most beautiful, historic villages in Italy, Borghetto – Valleggio sul Mincio, an enchanting mill district and home of tortellini, is about 10 minutes drive away.   Very close to Valeggio sul Mincio are also the great parks of Parco Giardino Sigurtà, which are definitely worth a visit.  On hot days, the adventure pool Parco Acquatico Cavour with its various water slides and adventure pools offers a refreshing cool-down. Here you will find everything that makes the hearts of children, adolescents and also adults beat faster. Verona, Mantua and Lake Garda are in approx. 30 minutes by car.
