Perfectly situated in the heart of the Four Corners region, our tiny house offers a comfortable and convenient home base for exploring all that the area has to offer. Vista Retreat is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a unique and affordable alternative to traditional accommodations. The space includes a queen-size bed, a kitchenette, a cozy sitting area, and a private bathroom with a shower. The tiny house is situated on our beautiful, secure property. Guests will have access to a private entrance and parking, as well as a small patio area perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening sunset 🌄. The optimal amount of guests is 1-2 people, however, there is enough bedding for 3 people with the foldout floor mattress in the loft. Guests will have access to a range of amenities: - Wi-Fi 📶 - Air conditioning and heating ❄️🔥 Kitchenette - 2 Burner Induction stovetop, microwave, toaster oven - Mini-fridge with freezer - Electric drip & pour over coffee maker and coffee supplies ☕ Master bedroom - Queen bed - firm 🛌 - Drawers, shelves, and hangers in closet space - Flat-screen TV with streaming services (Hulu included) Loft - Folding couch / floor mattress - Games, books 📖 Bathroom - Full sized flushing toilet - Standup shower 🚿 Guests have access to the entire tiny home. One parking spot available next to the tiny home. Guests may use the grassy area surrounding the tiny home. While I won't be available in person, I'm a message or phone call away to help you troubleshoot. There are folks on site that can assist as well. The neighborhood is behind McGee Park & Fairgrounds in Farmington NM. Depending on the side of the street you focus on you will see immaculate homes & lawn with maybe a goat in the yard or a chicken in the street, or homes in more disrepair. The tiny home itself is tucked down a long driveway behind a residential home. The neighbors are very pleasant. You will need a car to get around. There is room to park one car at the tiny home. Stays of 10 days or longer include a complimentary weekly light clean to change sheets & towels. This is a *tiny home*. To ensure your maximum comfort in this tiny home please note the following: Kitchen height & bathroom height: 75 inches Shower standing height: 74 inches Bedroom & Loft areas are sloped with maximum height: 48 inches The last step up to the bedroom is a deep 23 inches. It is advised to sit when navigating this step. Vista Retreat is located less than a mile to McGee Park & San Juan County Fairgrounds. Loud outside events can be heard during your stay. Complimentary earplugs are provided.
