Centrally located on Normal Hill and within walking distance to LCSC and St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. Close to downtown shopping, local eateries and walks along the river. The space Cozy basement apartment features two bedrooms, one bath, living area, kitchen and laundry. Self check-in with automated key pad. There is a locking door at the top of the stairs dividing it from the upstairs unit, as well as a locked entry door at the bottom of the stairs for added privacy. Potential for hearing/being heard by upstairs guests. If you are looking for complete privacy and quiet in regards to noise, this residence may not meet your needs. Please note that there is a full staircase leading into the apartment, which may cause accessibility issues for some. Sorry, pets are not allowed. Guest access You will have full access to the basement area of the home via a private entrance, and the backyard area. We have ample parking behind the house (enter through the alley). Walk through the gate and turn to the left, where you will find a private entrance to the apartment. Just please don't judge the yard ...it is definitely a work in progress! You may also park on the street in front of the house. Please avoid parking in front of the neighbor's homes and driveways. Other things to note As a reminder, this a two unit residence. Each guest is expected to follow house rules, especially in reference to "Quiet Time" in an effort to respect each other’s peace and enjoyment of their stay. In addition, each unit has its own entrance and key code to gain access to their unit. If you are uncomfortable with the possibility of noise, this may not be the property for you.
