"Pikki's nest"

Very bright and very central 75 sqm apartment, located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator and sea view from every room! Long and wide balcony so much that you can eat! Parking is available under the house and in the immediate vicinity. The long beach (free at 200 meters and equipped at 350 meters) is easily reachable on foot! Important: the accommodation is all flat (there are no climbs to reach it!) and IT IS not close TO the railway, so... tranquility, no noise! The space The apartment consists of a living room with double sofa bed, sofa, glass and small table with chairs, kitchen with large TV, access to a large balcony that connects it to the double bedroom with AIR CONDITIONING, a second bedroom with 2 single beds (which, if required, can be joined and transformed into a double bed!) and a bathroom with shower and bidet.
