Serene Japanese modern home. This peaceful, green residence runs off of its own solar energy and is a true expression of California indoor-outdoor living. The spa environment includes a hot tub (with ozone sanitation & always ready and hot), zero gravity chair, fountains and gorgeous gardens surrounded by secluded wall in the heart of Venice. The space This tranquil home includes a deep soaking tub as well as a comfortable media room which can be converted into another bedroom if needed. The large kitchen is well appointed with modern appliances including a wine refrigerator. Exquisite outdoor gardens include mangaris decks, a large gas grill , gas fire pit, teak dining table with umbrella, and an intimate meditation area. We are required to collect a 14% TOT (occupancy tax) payable to the City of Los Angeles for any stays 30 days or under. This fee will be collected with a signed rental agreement after booking your reservation. Property rent includes housekeeping services one time per week as well as free wi-fi, cable tv with premium channels. Other things to note Host is required to collect an additional 14% Los Angeles County Transient Occupancy Tax. Lease will be sent to renter upon booking which will outline taxes and fees. If the property is booked for 30+ days the host does not have to collect this tax. Host includes daily housekeeping and laundry service Monday-Fridays. Bookings are for a minimum of 2 weeks. No reservations will be booked for less than 13 nights. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the emergency situation with the fires in Los Angeles County at the present time we are unable to have instant bookings and all applicants will need to fill out a lease agreement prior to renting our home. We have also been experiencing intermittent power outages and low air quality and although air purifiers are provided we cannot guarantee the quality of the air at this time.
