Occasional road and train noise may be heard. Your quiet hosts live in the basement with their friendly dog, Chip, who shares the backyard. A perfect base for exploring the best of Pendleton! The space Charming 1940s Bungalow featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Nestled on a quiet hill, the home offers stunning views of Pendleton from the spacious front deck—perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Guest access You're welcome to enjoy the front deck and front yard during your stay—perfect for relaxing and taking in the view. Please note that the backyard is used by your hosts (who live in the basement apartment) and their friendly dog, Chip. We appreciate your respect for our privacy. Other things to note This hillside bungalow has a stairway entrance—please note the climb includes more than 10 steps. Street parking only. Be sure to engage your parking brake and turn your wheels when parking as we are located on a steep hill. Your hosts live in the basement apartment and are available via message or text. We love meeting guests when possible and are happy to help with anything you need. The backyard is home to our friendly dog, Chip, and is not suitable for young children. Sleeping arrangements include 3 beds and 2 pull-out options—one fits in a bedroom; the other is best in the living room. Let us know if you'd like help setting them up. A pet fee applies. Please disclose any pets when booking. While service animals are always welcome, we appreciate a heads-up in advance. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not considered service animals and will incur the pet fee.
