The dedicated bar area has a sink and Sub-Zero high-capacity ice machine (no need to purchase ice). The kitchen is fully equipped for extraordinary meal preparation and entertaining. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited. Other things to note The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax in 2025 and 18.712% in 2026 on the rent and additional fees (which should be INCLUDED in the price). Tax rates are based on the dates of your stay and guests are responsible to pay all applicable taxes levied by the local authorities should there be a change.
