The River House

Welcome to the River House, a tiny slice of Heaven on the Trout River Road in Prince Edward Island. Close to the north shore of PEI, this house is perfect for a seaside getaway. Built on a ten acre plot, the River House boasts spacious in and out experiences. Tourism PEI License #400-1184 The space The main floor is an open, comfortable space suitable for meetings and small events. The kitchen has a smaller dining area but the kitchen has a 12-foot long bar with extra seating (suitable for baby breakfasts) available. There is one guest bedroom on the main floor, if accessibility is an issue. At the top of the stairs, you will find the Master bedroom, with full walk-in closet, rocking chair and double steam shower. The other two rooms upstairs have double bunk beds. The Bunkhouse is a self-contained area, accessible through the main access in the house. The River House has a tennis and basketball courts which can keep smaller members of the family amused for hours. Parents can feel free to relax in the property's sauna and hot tub, or wake up and take a morning swim in the gorgeous Trout River. Other things to note Proximity to other things: the River House is 40 minutes from Charlottetown, 8 minutes (8 kilometres) to Cavendish, and 16 minutes (19 km) to Kensington.
