Includes kitchenette, dedicated workspace, Wifi, free parking on premises, and TV with premium sound system. Outdoors you can enjoy the paver patio, quality recliner, and porch swing. Guest access To get to the rental space (our walk-out basement) , you walk a short distance through the back yard - we don't yet have a path installed back there so if you're concerned about walking through grass that could be wet or snowy depending on the weather, this may not be the best place for you to stay.
