You enter the building by climbing the 17 steps to the first floor with the door connecting 2 apartments. Your apartment PIATTELLINA FIVE SENSES is the one in front of you. Entrance into large living/dining room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet , 1 double bedroom with 1 nice en suite bathroom with large shower, toilet and bidet. TV, WI-FI and Air Conditioning completed this wonderful apartment. The strategic location of the apartment makes it an ideal spot and place to relax after a day exploring Florence and its surroundings. You can park in one of the Pay Garage nearby so that you can easily arrive with your car and park even if we are in ZTL (limited traffic zone). Guest access Guests will have access to everything described in the ad. Other things to note We kindly ask you to let us know your arrival time and how you will reach the city as soon as possible so we can meet you at the apartment for your WELCOME. Check-in: between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. (early arrivals possible upon request) Check-out: by 10 a.m. Arrivals between 8:00 and 11:00 p.m. must be arranged at least a couple of days before arrival (surcharge € 40.00).
