The Farm @ King Valley

Located on an old tobacco farm, this recently renovated cottage is perfect for your trip away to the beautiful King Valley. Surrounded by mountain views, The Farm provides a great base to explore all the King Valley region has to offer including local wineries and scenic locations. The space Originally built in the 1960s, the house has 3 bedrooms (one double, one queen and one queen + king single). The kitchen has new modern appliances which allows for full catering if you chose to eat in. Our outdoor deck offers gorgeous views and is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening! The open lounge area includes a wood fire heater, air-conditioning and TV. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: If the booking is made for TWO guests, the main bedroom which has 1 x Queen Bed & 1 x King Single Bed will be the only bedroom open and available for use. Bookings up to FOUR guests will have access to an additional bedroom which has 1 x Queen Bed. Bookings of FIVE + guests all three bedrooms will be open and available to use. We do not have WiFi on the property and unless you are with Telstra, mobile reception is extremely unreliable. We love our dogs so your well behaved pets are welcome at The Farm. Please be mindful: We are a working farm, the house yard area approx half acre is all fenced and fully enclosed. Please don’t let your pets on the beds or furniture unless you bring your own protective covers. Please don’t leave your pets unattended in the house. Please clean up after your pet. Please bring your own bowls etc.
