The space The modern, stylish 24-26m² studio offers you living comfort at a high level: a 1.60m bed, a fully equipped kitchenette (with stove, microwave with baking function, refrigerator with ice compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee capsule machine, kettle and all the usual cooking utensils), a cozy living and working area, a shower bathroom with care products and large storage space, a TV and of course free high-speed WiFi. The studios are located on the 7th to 11th floor. In addition to the studio, you can always use our lobby - our extended living room - on the first floor. Here you can work, relax or exchange ideas. The lobby features a co-working space with a large community table, cozy lounge zones, a fireplace, snack and beverage vending machine and a TV. The roof terrace offers a fantastic view over Freiburg and the surrounding area. Here you will also find a cooking area, which invites you to cook together under the open sky. We can provide a baby crib for children up to 3 years old for 20,00 € per stay, subject to availability. Dogs are allowed on request at a price of € 20.00 per night. The fee must be paid at reception on arrival. Please note that the city of Freiburg charges an overnight tax of 5% per night. Payment is made locally without Airbnb involvement.
