The entrance has a storage closet with a washing machine. The bathroom with shower and toilet is adjoining. The main living room opens out to the kitchen, which has a coffee table that folds out for working or having meals. Guest access Thanks to self check-in with a lockbox, you can settle in freely and at your own pace :) Both entrances to the residence are secured via Vigik. Direct access to the accommodation possible via the private entrance from the terrace (black gate). Other things to note Located in Vallauris, a renowned pottery town and the cradle of artistic creation where Pablo Picasso left his mark, you benefit from an ideal location: Bakery, pharmacy, and butcher's shop just a short walk away. Intermarché supermarket less than a 5-minute walk away. The historic center is a 10-minute walk away, including the Picasso Museum, and the old town of Vallauris. Nice Airport is a 30-minute drive. Golfe-Juan and Cannes train stations are 10 minutes away. There is a bus stop near the apartment to make it easy for you to get around if you don’t have a car (heading to Antibes, Cannes, Nice, including the airport...).
