We are pleased to welcome you to these 16th-century dwellings, with stone walls, wooden roofs, star vaults and barrel cellars with 1500-year-old granaries. The rooms of the 500 Rooms and Spa find the right balance between the historical and the contemporary, where the charm of Lecce stone meets the contemporary and minimal design of glass and natural oak. A few kilometers from the sea, in the historic center of Castrignano dei Greci, the beating heart of Salento Greece, to stay between comfort and beauty. The space This space is the flagship of the property, a real suite of over 35 square meters. Unfortunately, the SPA service is still under construction, so it is NOT YET USABLE. The accommodation is on two levels, the living area, with a living room, 50-inch Smart TV, sitting room, dining area, kitchen, large minibar. In the mezzanine area, in an enchanting atmosphere, there is the bedroom with a full bathroom attached, equipped with a 160x200 cm double bed, a 40-inch TV, and two wardrobes. The Calicanto suite boasts 4 different lighting scenarios, air conditioning, magnetic badge for alarm management and automated security doors. It is also the only room with a private courtyard in the back, very intimate and reserved. Guest access Access to the property is through the main courtyard, the only space shared by all guests. The same magnetic badge as the room will give access to the main gate. I would add that this is a B&B with very few rooms, so even the common area always retains its tranquility. Other things to note Due to various delays, we have not been able to complete the SPA area, so it is not yet usable. Nevertheless, the rooms have been taken care of down to the smallest detail, with the aim of providing an all-Salento experience, in a 100% traditional context, full of comfort and many small details.
