The perfect place for the whole family to stay! Located in a gated community, our home away from home has 3 bedrooms each with a full bathroom. Enjoy the huge kitchen and family room with TV adjacent to bay windows providing a beautiful view of the city of San Felipe. We offer rooftop access with a full panoramic view of the mountains and ocean as well as beach access a short walk away. Located ~15 minutes from the city with plenty of parking and shell hunting for miles! We have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main suite includes an XL bath with a walk-in shower. Each room is fully furnished and shower amenities are provided as well. The kitchen features all necessary amenities including complimentary water and coffee. In the garage, you will find a variety of beach toys available for your use. You will have access to the entire house. Our only request is to not open the garage door. There is a side door available next to the outdoor shower to get in and out. Located in a gated community The house is located in a roundabout. There is plenty of parking directly in front of the house (small driveway), along the side (perpendicular to the front door - keep parking brakes on), or along the roundabout. You can drive your vehicle, golf cart, or ATV throughout the gated community. The beach is accessible via a short walk down the established sandy slopes/ravines. Those closest to the house are steeper and easier for the journey down. A short walk across the flat areas to the properties across the way will provide access to a flight of stairs. We recommend bringing water shoes for the journey as sand can be hot and rocky.
