CanRamon is a house for 11 people located in the town of Sant Boi, ideal for companies and families looking for a place to stay with all kinds of amenities, very close to work in Barcelona or go sightseeing. Due to its proximity to the airport (10 minutes), to the Fira de Barcelona (15 minutes), it is the ideal accommodation for companies. It has 11 single beds and 3 full bathrooms. And parking for 2 cars. The space The house has a privileged location as it is 10 km from the Prat-Barcelona airport, 12 km from the beautiful beaches of Castelldefels and 30 km from the picturesque town of Sitges. In addition, for all nature lovers, the house is at the foot of the mountain of Sant Ramón, an ideal place to explore its trails and climb to the Hermitage of Sant Ramón, where you can enjoy beautiful views. Around CanRamón, you have a variety of shops and supermarkets for all kinds of shopping. The house has the following composition: -At street level there is an open space to park two cars with access to the house. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with access to a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker... and all kinds of kitchenware. A full bathroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds 1st Floor: - Room with 2 single beds - Room with 2 single beds - Room with bunk bed plus a single bed - Full bathroom. - Terrace -2nd floor: It is an attic with a work area, 2 single beds, a full bathroom and a terrace. Guest access The accommodation is totally exclusive for guests. You won't share any areas with anyone else. One set of sheets per bed and one set of towels per guest are provided at the beginning of the stay. If you want a change of sheets and/or towels during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it has an extra cost. Housekeeping is not included during your stay. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it has an extra cost. The coffee maker is a Nespresso capsule machine. Other things to note BOOKING POLICIES Groups of young people UNDER 28 are not allowed to book. *** The house IS not SUITABLE FOR PARTIES OR YOUTH GROUPS *** This house is designed to enjoy as a family, in a quiet, pleasant and residential environment. *** If you are looking to organize a great party, loud music, and disturb the beggar, this apartment is not for you, and you will surely find one more suitable *** *** ELECTRIC CAR IS NOT ALLOWED TO CHARGE, AS THE ELECTRIC POWER OF THE HOUSE DOES NOT SUPPORT IT *** Before arrival at the house, a link will be sent where the data registration of ALL guests must be made, and in addition , the mandatory TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya must be paid. The staff in charge of handing over the keys, WILL NOT HAND OVER the keys until this process is fully completed. The Generalitat de Catalunya TOURIST TAX is €1.75 per adult per day (with a maximum of 7 days of tax) (children under 17 do not pay). LIABILITY Reservation of the house implies acceptance of the house rules. Please read the posted property rules carefully. No parties or smoking inside the apartment. For non-responsible conduct, the landlord may request guests to immediately vacate the home, without the right to compensation or reimbursement. It is forbidden to use the house with a number of occupants greater than the capacity of the house. Guests are responsible for the good care of the dwelling during their stay and undertake to deliver it in the same condition in which the accommodation and its equipment were found, except for appliance repairs or reasonable wear of the dwelling. If there are any defects in the house, please let us know immediately and we will try to solve it as soon as possible. Guests are not responsible for final cleaning, but must leave the house in good condition, tidy kitchen and trash in the bins on the street, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged. CHECK-IN Check-in time is from 5pm to 9pm. All arrivals between 21:00h. and 23:59 h will have a surcharge of 50€. Arrivals after 24h must be communicated in advance and will be charged as appropriate. The person responsible for check-in will wait at the house to hand over the keys and explain the operation of the facilities. If for any reason you are unable to arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting. The loss of keys will have a surcharge of €75 for each set and €100 for parking command. IMPORTANT: If a locksmith must be called by a locksmith in order to open the door of the property, expenses will be charged to the guest, via a money request via Airbnb.
