CanRamon is a house for 11 people located in the town of Sant Boi, ideal for companies and families looking for a place to stay with all kinds of amenities, very close to work in Barcelona or go sightseeing. Due to its proximity to the airport (10 minutes), to the Fira de Barcelona (15 minutes), it is the ideal accommodation for companies. It has 11 single beds and 3 full bathrooms. And parking for 2 cars. The space The house has a privileged location as it is 10 km from the Prat-Barcelona airport, 12 km from the beautiful beaches of Castelldefels and 30 km from the picturesque town of Sitges. In addition, for all nature lovers, the house is at the foot of the mountain of Sant Ramón, an ideal place to explore its trails and climb to the Hermitage of Sant Ramón, where you can enjoy beautiful views. Around CanRamón, you have a variety of shops and supermarkets for all kinds of shopping. The house has the following composition: -At street level there is an open space to park two cars with access to the house. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with access to a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker... and all kinds of kitchenware. A full bathroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds 1st Floor: - Room with 2 single beds - Room with 2 single beds - Room with bunk bed plus a single bed - Full bathroom. - Terrace -2nd floor: It is an attic with a work area, 2 single beds, a full bathroom and a terrace. Guest access The accommodation is totally exclusive for guests. You won't share any areas with anyone else. One set of sheets per bed and one set of towels per guest are provided at the beginning of the stay. If you want a change of sheets and/or towels during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it has an extra cost. Housekeeping is not included during your stay. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it has an extra cost. The coffee maker is a Nespresso capsule machine. Other things to note BOOKING TERMS Groups of young people UNDER 28 YEARS OLD are not allowed to book. *** The house IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES OR GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE *** This house is designed to be enjoyed as a family, in a quiet, pleasant and residential setting. *** If you are looking to organize a big party, loud music, and annoy the neighbors, this apartment is not for you, and you will surely find a more suitable one *** *** CHARGING AN ELECTRIC CAR IS NOT ALLOWED, AS THE HOUSE'S ELECTRICAL POWER DOES NOT SUPPORT IT *** Before arriving at the house, a link will be sent where the data of ALL guests must be registered, and in addition, the mandatory TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya must be paid. The staff in charge of handing over the keys will NOT HAND OVER the keys until this process is fully completed. The TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya is €1.00 per adult per day (and a maximum of 7 days of tax) (children under 17 do not pay). RESPONSIBILITY Booking the house implies acceptance of the house rules. Please read the property rules that will be posted carefully. No parties or smoking inside the apartment. For irresponsible behavior, the owner may ask guests to leave the house immediately, without the right to compensation or refund. It is forbidden to use the house with more occupants than the house's capacity. Guests are responsible for the proper care of the house during their stay and agree to return it in the same condition in which the house and its equipment were found, except for appliance repairs or reasonable wear and tear of the house. If there are any defects in the house, please notify us immediately and we will try to fix them as soon as possible. Guests are not responsible for the final cleaning, but they must leave the house in good condition, the kitchen tidy, and the garbage in the street containers, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged. CHECK-IN Check-in time is from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. All arrivals between 9:00 pm and 11:59 pm will incur a surcharge of €50. Arrivals after midnight must be communicated in advance and will incur an additional charge as appropriate. The person responsible for check-in will wait at the house to hand over the keys and explain how the facilities work. If for any reason you are unable to arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting. Losing keys will incur a surcharge of €75 for each set and €100 for the parking remote. IMPORTANT: If due to the guest's forgetfulness or negligence, a locksmith has to be called to open the property door, the expenses will be charged to the guest through a request for money via Airbnb.
