The staff in charge of handing over the keys WILL NOT HAND OVER the keys until this process is fully completed. ★★ HOUSE RULES ★★ ✔ Respect the quiet of the neighborhood. ✔ Smoking is prohibited inside the home. ✔ Only guests included in the booking may stay. ✔ The maximum capacity of the house must be respected at all times. ✔ Trash must be placed in the outside containers before check-out. ✔ Loss of keys will incur an additional cost. IMPORTANT: If, due to the guest's oversight or negligence, a locksmith must be called to open the door to the property, the guest will be charged for the expenses. Guests are not responsible for the final cleaning, but they must leave the house in good condition, the kitchen tidy, and the garbage in the containers on the street. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
