Only toilet paper. ✔ Turn off all lights, the air conditioning and the heating when you leave the villa. ✔ Before arriving at the property, a link will be sent where the details of ALL guests must be registered, and the mandatory TOURIST TAX (in force at the time of booking) of the Generalitat de Catalunya must also be paid. The staff in charge of handing over the keys WILL NOT HAND OVER the keys until this process is fully completed. ★★ HOUSE RULES ★★ ✔ Respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. ✔ Smoking is not allowed inside the property. ✔ Only guests included in the booking can stay. ✔ The maximum capacity of the property must be respected at all times. ✔ Rubbish must be placed in the outside bins before check-out. ✔ There will be an additional cost for lost keys. IMPORTANT: If a locksmith has to be called to open the door of the property due to the guest's forgetfulness or negligence, the costs will be charged to the guest. Guests are not responsible for the final cleaning, but they must leave the property in good condition, the kitchen tidy, and the rubbish in the bins on the street, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged. In the event of irresponsible behaviour, the owner may ask guests to leave the property immediately, without the right to compensation or a refund. ★★ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ★★ One set of sheets per bed and one set of towels per guest are provided at the start of the stay.
