Located in the quiet village of Pujaut, Casa Cycas is an atypical village house rated 4* by the French tourist accommodation association. This charming 160 m2 house, which can comfortably accommodate up to 5/6 people, is ideally located to discover Provence. The space Casa Cycas spans three floors: • Ground floor: Discover two cozy living rooms open to the outside. The first living room is equipped with a fireplace for cozy moments. The second living room is equipped with a TV to relax after a day of sightseeing. A separate toilet for added convenience is located on this level. The kitchen is perfectly equipped (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, sparkling water machine, etc.) to prepare delicious Provençal meals, and enjoy them in the dining room. The hallway leading to the terrace with pool accommodates a washer and dryer. • Second floor: Discover a large bedroom with a 180 cm memory foam bed and a private bathroom. This level also offers an additional TV lounge for comfort and privacy, as well as a shower room with toilet. • Top floor: Two other bedrooms await you, one with a 140 cm bed and its private shower room with toilet, the other with a 160 cm bed and a large dressing room. Memory foam beds and high-quality bedding ensure a restful night's sleep. The house is equipped with a fiber Wi-Fi connection to stay connected and air conditioning to ensure your comfort during hot summer days. At the back of the house, a private terrace with a heated pool is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the midday sun. The street-side patio includes a dining area, outdoor lounge and barbecue (Weber) for preparing delicious grilled dishes. Please do not smoke inside to respect all guests. • The house does not have facilities for people with limited mobility. • Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets at Casa Cycas. • For your safety and peace of mind, the house is equipped with an alarm. • We ask you to respect the premises and leave them in the same clean and tidy condition as you found them on arrival. • We will not hesitate to keep your security deposit (800 euro) if we notice any damage in the accommodation.
