Green Farm Cottage

Peaceful, stylish country cottage on the edge of Great Cheverell. The fully enclosed garden has country views and the cottage is bright, comfortable and fully equipped. A small shop and pub is a few minutes' walk and Devizes is 4 miles away. Within a 20 mile radius, Salisbury, Bath and Marlborough make great day trip destinations; world class heritage sites such as Stonehenge and Avebury are also close by. Salisbury Plain is on your doorstep for walking, cycling and exploring. The space The property is located alongside the owner's property. There is a shared drive but the property has its own access and fenced garden. Inside, there is a spacious sitting/dining room area with patio doors out to the garden. The separate kitchen has a double oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and a small table and couple of chairs. There is a utility room with downstairs loo, basin and washing machine. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, loo and basin. There is underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs. The garden has a patio area with outside seating and chairs, a lawn and separate covered seating area. Guest access Private garden and designated parking with further off road parking available. Other things to note A railway line runs through the village and is visible from the cottage but doesn’t disturb the peace and quiet.
