Please note we are a working farm so there will be associated noise and smells, we are also doing some alterations to the adjoining barn which may generate some daytime noise. The space This is a luxury first floor apartment with a balcony and outdoor seating area Guest access You are welcome to walk around the public areas of the riding school, we do ask that you do not go into fields, stables or paddock with the livestock. Please do not feed the horses and ponies. Riding lessons may be booked by prior appointment subject to availability & weight limits. Please restrict smoking to your balcony area only. Other things to note The accommodation is unsuitable for children.
