Our summer paradise in Haverdal is available for rental. A stone's throw from the sea and Haverdal's several kilometers long sand beach you will find our summer house. The living room offers Malmsten's beautiful dining room group where dinners can be superb. A large divan couch is also available to curl up in for a moment of relaxation or enjoy an exciting movie on Netflix on our 55 "TV. When the need is at its peak, our bright white bathroom is on hand. Washing of body and clothes is done in shower cabin and washing machine. On the lawn with a view of the ocean, barbecue, parasols, and outdoor furniture are pending for summer BBQ evenings. On the plot there is room for several cars to park. If there are several families looking to rent, we have another summer house with six more beds. Approx. 70 m2. There is a toilet and a fully furnished kitchen. However, a shower is on the outside. Two bedrooms with two double beds plus a sofa bed with room for two. The large glazed outdoor space serves as the living and dining area. There is a large dining table and position chairs as well as a rotting sofa group. Required cleaning fee of SEK 1500 The rent includes: - Free Wifi and TV channels are given through Chromecast. - Electricity cost. The rent does not include: - Bed linens and towels. Our plot is bordered by Haverdal nature reserve, which means no neighbors on three sides. Here you can go swimming, walking, jogging, riding, drinking coffee and picking mushrooms. Or get to Stora Sandkullen, from whose top you have a nice view of the surroundings. For the golf enthusiast, Haverdal's golf club is just around the corner. In Haverdal you have a lovely feeling of the small independent resort in the countryside, but despite that you have Halmstad city center only 10 minutes away. Centrum close to the countryside feel! Rented Sunday at 4 pm to Sunday at 11 a.m. Non-Smoking. Noise due to allergies. Trampoline is used on your own responsibility. Charging box for electric car is available, payable separately.
