Private bathroom, stylish room, central location.

Accommodation at Casa Floreat offers a totally private and luxurious room with fine linen. The bedroom has its own private bathroom attached, including a bath and shower. It adjoins the main house and has a separate entrance off the deck. Centrally located, it is approximately five minutes’ walk to town with cafes and food outlets around the corner. There are sea views from the deck which is surrounded by extensive gardens. The room is light, sunny and restful with early morning bird song. The space The studio contains a queen sized bed, two bedside cabinets and two comfortable armchairs. The bedroom leads onto the private bathroom. There is unlimited WIFI available. There are tea and coffee making facilities for guests to use as well as a fridge with milk available for hot drinks. You are welcome to use the fridge for personal food supplies. Please note there are no cooking facilities and no microwave available Breakfast is not provided but guests can bring their own breakfast as plates and cutlery as well as a toaster and electric jug are available. A continental breakfast of home-made muesli, fruit, yoghurt, tea or espresso coffee, toast and jam can be prepared by your host for $15 per person. Please let your host know on arrival if you wish to have this option. There is a private deck where you can relax surrounded by large gardens. A table and two chairs are directly outside the bedroom which is a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast. The pool is available for our guests to use in summer only. Pool towels are available in the bedroom. Guest access The bedroom, bathroom and deck are totally private from the rest of the house. It is warm, sunny and quiet. Guests access the accommodation from an exterior door off the deck at the back of the house. The key to the outside door will be given to you on arrival. We want guests to feel immediately relaxed and at home at Casa Floreat so you are welcome to explore the gardens. Guests are also welcome to relax in the pool area whenever they like. Our contact details are provided on the information sheet located on the bedside cabinet inside the bedroom. Other things to note A continental breakfast can be provided at a cost of $15 per person if desired. This consists of home-made muesli, yoghurt, fruit, toast and jam, with either tea or coffee. Please ask for details from the host on arrival. E-bikes are also available for hire: a man's and woman's bike. The bikes can be hired to suit the needs of our guests.
