Located on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan with beach access this house is the place to unplug and unwind. Conveniently located off Lakeshore Drive we are centrally located to the two great port cities of Manitowoc and Sheboygan. Over an acre of outdoor green space to enjoy along with steps off the bluff leading down to a sand beach. Relax on adirondak chairs around the outdoor firepit, enjoy morning coffee in the sunroom while the sun rises or simply enjoy the 3000 sq feet of living space. Welcome to Seagull Shores. Our home on a bluff overlooking beautiful Lake Michigan. Upon arriving you will find the property set off the main Lakeshore Drive thoroughfare in a peaceful setting with other Lakefront properties. Once inside, your eyes will go directly to the windows which line the back of the house offering amazing views of Lake Michigan. From the foyer you will see our game room to the right and our dining room with seating for eight to your left. The game room has a full size 64-game arcade along with foosball and air hockey tables for friendly competition. If table and board games interest you the buffet in the dining room is stocked full of them. From Bingo to Mancala, Puzzles to Cribbage there is something for everyone on the days you just want to stay inside and enjoy the house. Relax in the living room with leather appointed seating, gas fireplace, streaming 65" television and even a spotting scope to identify the huge ships sailing on the horizon. Head into the kitchen where you will have all appliances for cooking on site along with granite countertops and a full coffee bar featuring both drip and k-cup coffee varieties. All cookware, plateware, silverware and a generous selection off glassware is offered for entertaining. Just past the kitchen, step down into our sunroom which also offers amazing views and is a great spot to enjoy the sunrise. A 50" streaming television is also provided in the sunroom. A half bath is also found on the main floor. Head upstairs where you will find the four bedrooms. The master bedroom at the top of the stairway offers a king sized bed, soft seating, walk in closet, streaming 42" television along with a patio overlooking the backyard and the big lake. The ensuite master bath offers a jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and double sinks. The second and third bedroom offer a queen sized bed, 42" streaming television and closets. The fourth bedroom has two twin extra long beds, 42" streaming television and closet. You will also find a full bath with shower/tub combo and double sinks on the second floor along with the laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. Step out into the yard and enjoy the huge lot overlooking the big lake. Soft seating for 10 can be found right outside the house on the concrete patio (during the summer season) along with a Weber grill for outdoor grilling. Venture into the backyard and relax on the adirondack chairs circling the steel forged firepit. A stairway at the top of the bluff will take you down to the sand beach below. At the base of the stairway you will find two kayaks along with two paddleboards secured to the wooden stairwell. At the conclusion of their use, please return and secure them the way you found them. There are lifejackets in the garage and are required by law for anyone 16 or under using either watersport. We highly recommend them for all our guests as the lake has many personalities and our guest's safety is our top priority. Take walks up and down the sand beaches of Lake Michigan or hunt for lake glass which can be found with a watchful eye. Beach chairs, kids shovels and sand toys are provided for your enjoyment. Back on top, yard games including cornhole, Giant Jenga, Kubb, pickleball and more are all provided and can be found in the garage. You will have access to two of the three bays in the garage. We recommend using the garage in the winter months as snow plowing will take place in the morning after snow falls. This will aid in the proper clearing of the driveway. The entire house is yours to enjoy. We do keep one of the garage bays for storage but the other two are open if you prefer to park your car indoors. We do recommend using the garage if snow is coming so we can effectively plow in the winter months. We are available through messages in the app or via text or phone call. Located just off Lakeshore Drive on a small road you will find a collection of Lakefront homes. It is a quiet, peaceful area with wildlife and very few neighbors. A large concrete driveway will bring you to the house. There is plenty of parking on the exterior of the property along with guest access to two bays of the garage. This lakefront home is great year round as the beach is not just for summertime fun. We regularly enjoy walks on the beach during all seasons. The sand beach stretches for miles in either direction. Hunt for lake glass, enjoy the sounds of the waves or simply take in the tranquility and quiet of the sandy shores of Lake Michigan.
