Spacious water view home in an active community!

This spacious waterfront home is a vacationers delight! Our home is clean, bright and airy with a beautiful sunset view each night. We’ve spotted dolphins and manatees in the water off the back- and caught countless fish. For years my family has spent time on Nettles Island enjoying all the amenities that the community offers. There is no shortage of things to do on the island! We’re excited to welcome you into our home, please reach out with any questions. Guest access You will have access to our entire home and all amenities on the island! Two pools, beach access/ parking, a clubhouse, cafe and more are all located in the community. Access to amenities is granted using wristband tags. Each home is only allotted 4 tags. Children under 12 are not required to have a tag but must be accompanied by an adult. If your group has more than 4 people over the age of 12 that plan to use amenities all at the same time, you may need to purchase a guest tag for $25/ person, valid for 14 days. Apologies in advance as the condo office has changed their bylaws.
