The space The space is a private room located on the 3rd floor of a hotel / condo resort. Guest access You have access to all guest areas and amentias per rules and regulations of the resort. Other things to note Valid Drivers License Required to check in. Also, there is an a additional resort fee of $30 per day due at check in. Upon arrival you will be required to check in at the front desk to pay the resort fee and pick up your room key. You will have access to Front Desk assistance for accidental Lock-outs, medical emergencies, legal issues, noise and other complaints, beach towels, and information assistance (concierge service), and trash removal.
