The space Built on the remains of the old mill of Gontaud-de-Nogaret, our family home (since 1980) is an authentic and peaceful place where time seems suspended. La Canaule literally flows under the house, offering a unique atmosphere. The accommodation has two comfortable bedrooms: - one bedroom with double bed (140 cm), - a second more spacious with double bed (140cm) and single bed (90cm). Bed linen and towels are included. Fully equipped kitchen and convenient pantry, friendly living room with pellet stove, fireplace, wifi and TV. Outside, the garden surrounds the house: above ground pool, plancha, shaded gallery — everything invites you to rest. Free private parking makes your stay easier. A stone's throw away, you'll find all the essential shops: daily convenience store, bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy... Between fields and village, the house is a timeless haven, ideal for families, couples or friends. Pets welcome upon request. For a chic restaurant, I would recommend the Vieille Auberge in Casteljaloux without a second thought. For an open-air café in the countryside (on a farm), there's the Guinguette du Coussoulat in Marmande, which offers local produce. Guest access You can access the entire house except the attic and the outdoor cottage which will remain private. Other things to note The land is not fenced even if it is bordered by plants. The stream is not fenced either.
