This is a perfect location that is close and easy to drive to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. Inside has an open floor plan with a modern design: - Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances - Upstairs living room with an electric fireplace. - Downstairs family room w/ full size arcade game & a variety of board games. - 2 Private bedrooms - 1 king (downstairs) & 1 queen (upstairs). - 1 Queen sleeper sofa (downstairs) - 2 Private bathrooms w/modern tile showers, w/ tub. There are smart TVs in each living room & both bedrooms, with high-speed internet, so you can log into your favorite streaming services. Streaming services only, no cable TV, so please bring your own log ins. Location Highlights: *HIDDEN GEM* Only 2 miles from the Sevierville Park & Family Aquatic Center - This park offers a large community pool, water slides, tennis/pickleball courts, & a great dog park. Google "Sevierville Family Aquatic Center" for more info. *DOLLYWOOD* - Only 4 miles from Dollywood. Our location is perfect to avoid all of the heavy traffic on the main Pigeon Forge Parkway. *DIG'N ZONE THEME PARK* Less than a mile away!!! *WITHIN 5 MILES* - Rocky Top Mountain Coaster, Soakey Mountain Waterpark, Parrot Mountain, Downtown Flavortown, Old Mill All roads and driveways to the cabin are paved. On-street parking is on a slight slope directly in front of the cabin for at least two cars. The cleaners will provide some basic items to get your stay started: toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer pods, dish detergent, laundry pods, dryer sheets. We will also provide all bath towels & linens needed for your stay. Please plan to bring additional supplies for the duration of your stay. This cabin is Dog Friendly. - only dogs are allowed - maximum of 2 dogs, limited to 50lb each - there is a $125 pet fee per stay Local Attractions: 1 mile to Pigeon Forge Parkway & access to all main attractions & restaurants 2 miles to Grocery Store 4 miles to Dollywood & to Dollywood Splash Country 1 mile to Dig’n Zone Theme Park (expected opening in spring 2023) 6 miles to The Island 13 miles to Great Smoky Mountain National Park Other things to note *By booking, you are agreeing to the terms in our Rental Agreement as well as the House Rules on Airbnb. You'll be required to sign the Rental Agreement at the time of booking. *We do highly recommend buying TRIP INSURANCE in case any unexpected circumstances come up prior to your stay. *We do not offer refunds for incidents that are out of our control (weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/etc).....look into the proper TRIP INSURANCE. *No parties, outside visitors, or overnight guests without prior approval from the host. There is a maximum of 6 humans allowed to stay overnight. *Although our cabin is suitable for children, it is not child proof. It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to monitor any children's actions at all times. *This cabin, like most in the area, is on mountain water, and is treated & filtered by a professional water treatment company. While the water is perfectly safe, we always suggest bringing bottled water to drink. *This cabin is professionally cleaned after each check out. Any excess cleaning charges will be passed on to the guest. - Excessive Pet Cleanup Fee: $85 if pet-related messes (accidents, excessive hair, etc.) require significant extra effort. - Excessive Cleaning Fee: May apply if the property is left in poor condition and requires more than 45 minutes of additional cleaning. - If any soaps or oils are used in the hot tub, causing extra cleaning after the stay, you can be charged an extra $100 cleaning fee. *In the case of a late check out, if not agreed to ahead of time (prior to 10am on the check out date), the guest can be charged $50 for each 30 minutes past the agreed to check out time. *Guest Item Returns: if an item is left behind, our cleaners will charge a $35 trip fee to bring it to UPS/USPS to return. This does not include shipping costs. *Bugs and Animals: The cabin is professionally treated by a licensed pest control company each month, but you can still expect to see the occasional pest in and around the cabin. Some common insects that may show up during your stay: Lady Bugs, Millipedes, Scorpions, Carpenter Bees, and Wasp. There is also plenty of wildlife in the mountains of Tennessee. Do not approach or feed any wild animals. Bears are common in this area, do not leave any food in your car or outside while not attended. Make sure to lock all doors & keep all trash secured in the bear proof trash bin. *If winter weather arises, 4WD vehicles are recommended to avoid being snowed in. If there is any snow storm expected, you should be prepared with necessary food and any other supplies. *NO PARTIES - quiet time is from 10pm-8am. *NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CABIN - Smoking of any kind including vapor and e-cigarettes is NOT permitted inside the cabin. Any extra cleaning fees due to smoking will be passed on to guest. *A Ring security camera is located at the front of the cabin overlooking driveway & at the front door, that will capture video & audio. It is motion activated and is capable of recording and transmitting video to the owner via the Ring App. This is for security and safety reasons. These are the only cameras on the property.
