Townhomes Near the Bay - #7

Oakdale townhomes are located in the quaint town of Grand Bay, AL. This unit is #7. At this rental, you’re only 30 minutes away from the white sandy beaches of Dauphin Island, 25 minutes south of the city of Mobile and 40 minutes east of Biloxi, MS. (If you have time, take a day trip to New Orleans, which is only an hour and 45 minutes away!). We hope you enjoy your stay at Our Townhomes and are able to get out and explore the beautiful Gulf Coast during your visit! The space In 2018, this 8-unit building underwent a complete renovation where it was stripped down to its bones and redesigned with modern finishes and decor. Each townhome was fully refinished with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a fully stocked kitchen. Two bright and airy bedrooms and one full bathroom are located upstairs, and one half bathroom is located off the kitchen downstairs. The master has a king bed and the second bedroom has full over full bunk beds with a trundle. A small patio off the back of the townhome gives guests a nice outdoor space to grill, lounge and enjoy the spacious backyard. Guest access This unit is #7 on the far right second from the end . Guests have access to a private patio area with a grill and outdoor furniture. Parking is available directly in front of the unit. There is plenty of green space to walk your leashed dog in the front of the building and in the backyard. Other things to note Pets: No cats allowed! Dogs are allowed with a $100 fee per dog. There is a maximum of two dogs no larger than 75 pounds each. Dogs who are categorized as "dangerous" or "aggressive" according the ASPCA are not allowed. Please let us know if you're bringing your furry friend so we can add the appropriate pet fee, as the Airbnb website does not have a spot for us to add the fee. The fee will be added to the cost of your nightly charge. Guests must keep dogs on a leash when outdoors, and clean up after their pets. Guests who bring a dog without notification could face penalty. Noise: This is an eight-unit apartment building. This unit is near the right end of the building so you do share two walls with the neighboring units. Therefore you could experience noise from next door.
