The house has a fifth bedroom that will be closed to store the owner's personal belongings Other things to note The house offers Wi-Fi internet and cable TV channels. All rooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators, drinking water filter, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, microwave, 5-burner stove, electric coffee maker and Nespresso machine. It also has a washer and dryer, which can be used by the maid(s) during stays, usually for periods over 3 nights. Covered garage for 2 cars. Additional vehicles can be parked safely on the sidewalk in front of the house. Bed and bath linens are provided. Olar also assists with grocery shopping, so that upon arrival guests will find the cabinets and refrigerators stocked. The maid is paid separately, in the amount of R$250/day.
