Our king bed is in the master bedroom with a master bath! Two more queen bed rooms are across the hall from the second bathroom. The whole house is on one level. No steps inside our home except the bonus room is down 3 steps. We have an electric fireplace with remote control. We have central air and heat as well as a ceiling fan. The washer and dryer are accessible to our guest. The bonus room has a dedicated work space, lounge area, foosball and air hockey, a table for games, and room for children to play! The house is situated off the road on a slight rise in front of a beautiful woods. We have a very large grass area on all sides of the house. We hope you will feel "at home" away from home at Cottontail Cottage. There are 3 outside entrances to Cottontail Cottage. The front door is up 4 steps onto the deck and then flat into the house, the back door is up 3 smaller steps onto the deck and then on into the house. The garage is down 1 step and then up 3 to get into the house. All doors have hand rails. The back deck and yard feels very private! You have the entire property except the attic and crawl space. I will be available through texting and would be glad to try to meet your every need. We are in a rural setting with 2 acres of beautiful woods to explore. We have farmer neighbors and fields with barns and cows and pigs! We do get occasional sites and smells of livestock and their maintenience! We can hear road traffic. We are conveniently located on US 40 with easy access to Interstate 70. To go east the entrance ramp is 3.5 miles away. To go west you are approximately 6 miles from Richmond, IN and Interstate 70. We are 30 minutes from the Dayton International Airport-an easy drive! Also I-75 is also 30 minutes away! US 127 is 2.5 miles from Cottontail Cottage! We have parking for 4 + cars and a circle drive for safety. Firewood is provided. We also have sticks to roast hotdogs and marshmallows!
