Very cosy, large and quiet room with a sunny balcony and walking distance to the S-Bahn, which goes directly to Oktoberfest (Hackerbrücke). Beautiful bathroom with bathtub/shower/sink, large mirror and toilet. In the morning, the landlady offers a small breakfast by arrangement: e.g. coffee/tea/orange juice and croissants with butter and jam... The room has a large balcony. where you can enjoy the sun. The S-Bahn runs every 10 or 20 minutes, depending on the time of day. The space The bathroom can be reached via the common stairwell, but you rarely meet anyone there, especially since the owner lives on the ground floor in a separate residential unit.
