The house appears bright and inviting, and is furnished with comfortable furniture and a cozy wood-burning stove. From the living room, there is access to a nice south and west facing terrace with the possibility of having lovely barbecue evenings, just as there is a terrace that is open to the east, where you can enjoy the morning sun and morning coffee. The area is one of the cozy places in Denmark with a good child-friendly beach, good common area, swimming bridge. Close to a cozy beach town, where there is everything for everyday life. The space The modern kitchen and comfortable living room are connected and are the heart of the house with room for coziness and conversation. The home contains 3 rooms, 2 rooms with double beds and 1 room with bunk beds as well as a large cozy loft that invites children to have fun. The loft is accessed from the room with bunk beds. The kitchen was renovated in 2024 and is fully equipped. The house has a sauna in the bathroom where you can get warm after a good swim. The rent includes electricity and water. (excluding electric car) NOTE: Sheets/linen, towels and dish towels and cloths are brought by tenants as a starting point. These can be rented for DKK 75 (about EUR 10) per guest if desired. Charging of electric cars up to 11KW is paid via Monta. (only for use by the guests of the house). Guest access The whole house is freely used by guests. The annex attached to the carport contains some private items. Charging an electric car is only allowed at charging stations.
