Guest access Layout & Floor Plan (Text Description) • Entryway: Private entrance leads directly into the living and dining area. • Living & Dining Room: Central common space with sofa seating and dining table. • Bedrooms: • Bedroom 1: Spacious with attached bathroom + balcony. • Bedroom 2: cozy room with attached bathroom. • Bedroom 3: Bright room with attached bathroom + balcony. • Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen located off the dining area, with access for self-cooking or for the in-house cook. • Laundry Area: Washing machine available for guest use located in the front balcony. • Balconies: Accessible from select bedrooms and from living room for fresh air. All 3 bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining space, and balconies are exclusively yours during the stay. Other things to note House Rules • Check-in: After 2:00 PM • Check-out: By 11:00 AM • Self check-in with building staff (we’ll assist as needed) • No smoking inside the apartment (balcony use only) • No parties or events allowed • Visitors allowed with prior approval • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (to respect neighbors) • Pets: Not allowed • Government ID required for all staying guests at check-in (as per Indian law) • For stays longer than 6 nights, electricity charges will apply at ₹14 per unit, based on the meter reading.
