The apartment has recently undergone a major renovation and now shines in new splendor. Each room has been carefully designed and furnished with bright furniture and modern amenities. Free parking is right by the house. Furnishing Apartment is fully equipped. From the microwave to the dishwasher to the fridge, coffee maker and washing machine, you will find everything here. Even spices, plates, bowls and cutlery are at your disposal. An additional storage room has everything you need for a fully equipped household – from the vacuum cleaner to the ironing board to the iron. Everything has been thought of here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Connection to the outside world To keep you connected to the world, the apartment is equipped with a fast Internet connection. Stay up to date, share your vacation experiences with your loved ones or do your work in comfort – everything is possible in our apartment! Guest access With us, you don't need a key to your apartment. Before arrival, you will receive information from us with an access code for the outside door. The code is valid during your stay. You will also receive a link to install an app for the access system. Then you can forget the code and simply open the door at any time with your cell phone. Other things to note The apartment includes free parking at the house. The apartment itself is very cozy, warm, comfortable and lovingly furnished. The city center is only 5 minutes away by car or public transport. In the immediate vicinity are the bus stop, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank and a general practitioner. By the way, you can walk in about 25 minutes from the city to the house if you want to leave the car behind. By taxi, the ride costs about €10. Tourist tax The city of Fulda will charge a tourism fee for bookings from April 1, 2024. The basis for this is § 2 and § 13 of the Municipal Tax Act (KAG) as well as the statute on the collection of a tourism fee in the area of the city of Fulda (tourism fee statute). In principle, all non-resident adult persons who are accommodated in the area of the city of Fulda for a fee are subject to the contribution. The tourism fee is 2 euros per day of stay/night and per person. The guest must provide proof of an exemption from the tourism fee.
