Lake Sinclair is the perfect retreat for a much-needed getaway! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Come to this quaint Lake Sinclair lake house that includes two awesome lake-view sitting areas upstairs and downstairs. It also includes a cool game room and tv area for fun. The house comes with kayaks and a newly renovated dock. The kitchen and living area are open and comfortable for gathering and fellowship. Two bedrooms. One bedroom with Queen and other with three twins. The living room has a full futon. Upstairs space is open kitchen and living area comfortable and spacious with the regular amenities. The downstairs is a semi finished basement great for the kids to getaway to to play games and watch tv. The upstairs has a great upstairs screened in porch with lake view. The whole house is available to the guests. There are also kayaks and canoes available. Access will be given the week of. Guests can call or text hosts with any issues. We do not interrupt guests with unnecessary interaction but always available if needed. Lake Sinclair Putnam has a very strict noise ordinance. Please be courteous to neighbors and absolutely no loud partying. *The use of any floatation device/ toys/ furniture by the lake and on the dock, hot tub, or the playground (including kayaks, rafts, canoes, any type of boat, ski gear of any sort, or any watercraft) is strictly and in perpetuity, USED AT YOUR OWN RISK. *By renting the house you and any guests under the rental agreement to the above as well as all rules listed below, you relinquish the property owners of any and all responsibility in the event of any type of injury or accident. * No diving off of the dock. * Drive to Kroger or Walmart is between 15-20 minutes. Drive to downtown Milledgeville will take about 30 minutes. For quick items, Dollar General is about 15 minutes away. *This home is not available for rent for any parties of any kind or any other type of gathering with guests not listed on the reservation. *The house rules include no underage drinking, no illicit drugs, or illegal activities. No smoking of any kind inside the house. You will be charged a $500 fee if there is any type of smoke odor inside. We are serious about this. *Feel free to smoke on the porch or outside but do not leave or flick cigarette butts in the yard. *If you use the dock or surrounding area, do not touch the boat or boat lifts. **Last, but certainly not least NO OUTSIDE NOISE AFTER 10 PM WILL BE TOLERATED. *Our neighbors live at their home full time and noise travels on the water. We want to be respectful. Our rental has plenty of indoor space to have fun and enjoy one another once it gets late. You will be charged a noise violation fee if this rule is violated. *Original guest who booked the reservation is responsible for sharing the itinerary and house rules with the other guests. * Guest must be 25 years of age to rent
