Welcome to our cozy retreat, next to a breathtaking natural reserve and by region’s tallest standalone mountain. You'll have a small cooking area with a hot plate, microwave, a fridge with a freezer drawer (small) and the basic tools for eating and cooking. There's no oven , but we've got you covered with the basics. We also provide clean towels, sheets, and bedding for a good night's sleep. In the bathroom, you'll find the simple things you need to freshen up, but please note there is no full-body mirror or hairdryer. Plus, we offer free coffee and tea to enjoy. Remember, no extras that aren't mentioned here are provided. If you need anything extra, just let us know before you arrive, and we can arrange it for an additional cost. Please note that there's no WIFI due to technical issues until the village will be connected optical fiber. Guest access You'll have your own private floor in our cozy house, complete with a private balcony overlooking the river. It's furnished with a garden table and two chairs for your relaxation. Additionally, you're welcome to enjoy the garden, and during the summer, perhaps even the garden house. Please let us know in advance if you're interested in using the garden house. While the entrance is shared, you'll enjoy complete privacy on your exclusive level. Other things to note How to Get to the Apartment For guests arriving by public transportation, there are two main options: 1. Via Stainach-Irdning train station Take bus 950 from Stainach-Irdning and get off at Untergrimming Bundesstraße. From there, it is only a few minutes' walk. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the train station. 2. Via Pürgg train station From Pürgg station, walk uphill towards Pürgg, then turn right towards Untergrimming. It is a beautiful 30-minute walk through the forest. Please note that this route is not recommended at night, especially with luggage. Important: There is no supermarket in the village, so we recommend buying groceries before arriving.
