This one-bedroom, one-bath spot offers you a better space than most similarly prized hotel rooms to rest after touring the best of Atlanta attractions or after a concert before heading back home. Great spot for solo travelers, couples, or close-knit friends. This is a perfect place for staying if going to an event at the Lakewood Amphitheater. The basement features a compact but functional layout with a cozy living area and a dedicated bedroom. The living area is designed for comfort, with a couch and a small coffee table. There is a coffee maker, coffee, tea, a microwave, and a mini fridge to keep your drinks ice cold. The living area has a 55" Smart TV to catch your favorite shows. PLEASE NOTE THAT this being a basement unit in the South with surrounding tree cover, you may come across some insects, especially in the summer. Guest access Please note this space is in the basement of a main house with a private entrance and self-check-in with a smart lock. The basement and the main house are blocked off from each other and guests from either unit cannot access the other unit. Since there may be guests staying in the main house, be aware that you will hear sounds and movement, but typically these should be reasonable human sounds. Please make sure you provide an accurate guest count when booking. There is no thermostat control in the basement but temperatures will be fairly regulated. Daytime temp is normally around 69-73 degrees depending on the season and nighttime is around 68. Note that we maintain a strict pest control regimen, however, being a basement unit under the famous Atlanta tree cover, you may come across some insects during your stay.
