A large central living room opening onto a small kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, small oven, microwave, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and a small chopping device. There is everything you need for 12 people in small materials, dishes and glassware. There is a laundry room with another refrigerator, washing machine, dryer and storage. There's also a separate toilet. There is currently a TV in the living room and a pellet stove. The house has 2 terraces on each side with tables and chairs and a large bay window. The entire house is well arranged, the amenities are simple but practical. All in a quiet, medium-sized, well-maintained residence with a large swimming pool, a smaller pool and a wading pool, shared with the other residents. In this small aquatic complex you will find large machines to wash and dry the laundry. There is also a Jacuzzi with shower open to all. Pool access is secure and it opens from May 15, it is not heated. You will have access to a garbage room taking food garbage and plastic and cardboard items.
