The upper-level pool cascades into a shallower lower pool, creating a tranquil waterfall effect—perfect for both relaxation and safe play for children! Enjoy the spacious outdoor areas, including: A large terrace with a covered dining area for 10 guests. A cozy chill-out corner. A second terrace with a seating area and built-in stone BBQ. A lush garden with sun loungers, ideal for families. VILLA LAYOUT & COMFORT Drive up to the villa’s private garage, which accommodates two cars. Additional parking is available in front of the house. On the garage's floor there's a spacious extra room with a sofa bed, kitchenette, and second fridge. MAIN FLOOR - Bright living room with Smart TV & air conditioning. - Fully equipped kitchen, also air-conditioned. Direct access to the terrace through sliding glass doors - One double bedroom. - One bathroom with a shower. - Laundry room with a washing machine. FIRST FLOOR - Four double bedrooms, each with direct access to the balcony. - Two bathrooms, both featuring bath tubs. All bedrooms include fans. LOCATION & BEACHES The stunning beaches of Cala Llorell and Cala Llevadó are just a 3-minute drivea 13-minute walk away. Beachside dining at Cala Llevadó Beach Club – enjoy lunchdinner with your feet in the sand! IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Free wifi. - Air conditioning in living room and kitchen. Bedrooms have fans. - One set of bath towels & one beach towel per person provided. - Unfortunately groups of youngsters are not allowed (Minimum age: 28). Families with children are more than welcome! Other things to note The rental price includes: - all costs for water, gas, electricity - bed linen and bath towels - beach towels - midweek cleaning and change of sheets and towels (for stays of minimum 2 weeks) Additional mandatory expenses, to be paid before arrival - Local touristic tax: 2€/day/person (maximum 7 days will be charged) - Refundable security deposit: 1000€ *Unfortunately we do not accept groups of youngsters, the minimum age is 28 years.
