Ideal for couples and solo travellers, our mud houses are equipped with basic kitchen amenities, a private washroom, and a balcony that opens up to a beautiful 180° valley view. Built-in the traditional style of the region, these cottages feature rustic mud walls that blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings - wake up to the sunrise and birds creating a beautiful melody. Please note that the cottages are available only for couples and solo travellers. The space Our mud houses are located just a 50-60m walk from our resort, Mohan's Binsar Retreat, where guests can access a range of amenities such as the library, gift shop, ATM, and multi-cuisine restaurant. The mud houses offer a unique and authentic experience with their traditional architecture and natural materials. Each mud house is equipped with a small kitchen, basic amenities, and an electric meter for guests to monitor their electricity usage. Enjoy the all-natural gift store, ATM, library, restaurant and cafe, and valley-facing sit-outs, among other amenities. Each room has a small kitchen with basic amenities such as an induction stove and utensils. 3. There is electricity backup available for the bulbs and tube lights only (using an inverter for the induction stove and electric heater is prohibited). Every room has an electric meter and the electricity bill will be paid by the guest as per the readings. 4. As a homestay, room service is not provided. Guests are welcome to visit our cafe, "Mohan's Cafe," which is a 2-minute uphill walk (via stairs). We offer a variety of dishes/cuisines, as well as seasonal desserts. 5. As part of our sustainability initiative, we change linens every 3-4 days. We take pride in reducing our environmental footprint, and we hope our guests will join us in our efforts. 6. We kindly request that guests maintain silence for a peaceful environment. If you're feeling bored, don't worry - we offer a variety of adventure activities, such as jungle walks (4km-15km) and day visits. Just let us know and we'll arrange everything for you.
