The Stables is a stylish and modern cottage, a perfect getaway for families or friends, and includes exclusive hot tub. Beautiful, and newly built, home in the heart of the village of Ebrington, and a short distance to idyllic Chipping Campden. Lovely decorated throughout, with two super king-sized bedrooms (*both can be split into twins at request on booking), one with ensuite, as well as separate family bathroom. With a further single bedroom, the property easily sleeps five. The space The Stables is a luxurious base from which to soak up peaceful village life and also to explore the wider Cotswolds, and everything it has to offer. It is within walking distance to the local pub, Ebrington Arms and nearby to the local village Farm shop. The Stables spans across two floors, giving plenty of space and privacy for guests. The downstairs layout has a wonderful open plan dining and living area, along with a modern and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a WC downstairs. The spacious and bright living area has patio doors leading out to the garden. Outside there is a lovely patio area with a BBQ and plenty of seating; a perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring! On the first floor you will find two majestic bedrooms, both with super king-sized beds, one with an ensuite shower room. Note: both super-king beds can be split into twins on request at time of booking. There is also a third bedroom with a single bed and a separate family bathroom. All bedrooms come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries. There is a security gate for access to the cottage and courtyard, where there is space for two cars in front of the cottage. Additional parking can be located in the village car park approximately 60 metres from the house. The WIFI at Stables is intermittent and strength can vary due to the rural location of the property. It is not suitable for streaming. We welcome two well behaved dogs on request. Please give details when making your booking to enable us to determine if they are suitable for the property. There is an additional fee of £30 per dog. Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property. Cot & high chair available if requested for additional £15 per item or £25 for both. (Please note, no linen is supplied with the travel cot). Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the cottage sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before. Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole property, including exclusive use of the garden. Other things to note The property is managed by Pass the Keys® Cotswolds, led by Tim and supported by Andrea and Caroline. They are based here in the Cotswolds and are able to offer local expertise before, during and after your stay! The team have many years experience in managing Airbnb listings and will ensure my property is professionally cleaned and guest ready ahead of your arrival. They also provide 24/7 guest support.
