Just finished in 2023, the unique and upscale Pepper Tree Cottage offers an authentic Alaskan experience and a stunning view of the Kenai Mountains. This 425-square-foot cottage is only 10 minutes away from the heart of Seward--just far enough for a peaceful getaway while still having easy access to everything the town has to offer. New in 2024, a private deck with a beautiful outdoor dining area, an abundance of flowers and plants, and mountain views; all a step away from the woods! The space This cottage is full of custom design details and carefully thought-out amenities to make your stay as cozy as possible. Pairing antique accents, like real wood floors and cedar detailing, with brand-new electric appliances and modern utilities, this space is both stylish and practical. Our location allows you to enjoy beautiful scenery while barbecuing, sitting by the fire-pit, enjoying morning coffee or a nice meal in the new outdoor dining area/deck, or lying in bed while gazing at the mountains. On a quick walk around the Camelot neighborhood, you'll see a variety of Alaskan flora and fauna and get a taste of what life is like for Seward locals. Wake up with complimentary coffee, tea, and a continental breakfast before leaving to explore Alaska. The Pepper Tree Cottage is the coziest spot for two people to enjoy a stay on the Kenai Peninsula. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire cottage, the front yard, which features a nice fire pit (we provide some firewood), the new private deck, which has a beautiful outdoor dining area that boasts an abundance of flowers and plants, a BBQ (we provide charcoal and lighter fluid) down a step to the front, and the woods down a step to the back. Guests are welcome to explore the woods out back! Other things to note We offer a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast for our guests! You can expect your breakfast items to be waiting for you in the cottage when you arrive! Breakfast includes items such as muffins, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches, fruit (usually mandarines), and biscotti, in addition to quality coffee (we also provide decaf), tea, sugars and creamers.
