Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We are offering up our independent casita for those looking to explore the western communities of Panama. Located in La Choerra, we are a central to everything. If you are looking to visit the beaches, mountains, or lake we are 1 to 2 hours from it all. In the local area of La Choerra you will find all the shopping outlets and dining options you need for daily comfortable life. The casita is equipped with hot water and wifi. The space The perfect casita get into the flow of Panama. One bedroom is fully enclosed in a traditional bedroom with in room mini split air conditioning. The other bed is located in an open floor plan area with high ceilings and ceiling fans. This area is surrounded by windows looking out onto tropical gardens and large treed private forest. The kitchen area is elevated by a single step above the open bedroom and livingroom areas. equipped with a gas stove, sink, bar seating and cabinets. Inside the cabinets you will find a full set of matching dishes, flatware, cooking utensils and pots. Due to space constraints, the refrigerator and microwave are located in the adjoining office area. The fridge/freezer have water and ice trays. Iron and ironing board. The casita also features a covered patio with seating for you to enjoy the garden and wonderful Panama days and nights. There is only 1 step to access the back yard area where the casita is located. All paths are level grass or tiled pathways. The community has controlled gate access. After check in, you will be given a fob to control the gate. Guest access You have access to the casita and its patio. Other things to note If you are in town to establish residency please let us know. My cohost Mom has done the process, and can introduce you to the professionals to make that process easier (including estate agents that listen). My co host is not opposed to interaction if that is what you desire. Or if you want minimal interaction that's cool as well. Our neighborhood has shops and street vendors in comfortable walking distance. However for more selection we recommend Costa Verde and Westland mall, located within 5 miles of the community.
