Located in the green heart of Breda, we live and work on a beautiful estate. We have transformed our summer house into a vacation home. This unique location ensures that you can completely relax surrounded by nature, but excursions and shops can be reached within 5 minutes! You will be welcomed by the young people of Pluk. The day care for young people with intellectual disabilities. The space The summer cottage is located on the beautiful estate de Grote Hoeve on the outskirts of Breda. The property has a small cottage which is rented out entirely. It is 50m2 in size and equipped with every comfort. A small but cozy living room with wood-burning stove and television (only streaming, no TV package). Adjacent to the full kitchen and amenities: - two burner electric hob - a fridge with freezer compartment - pans, dishes and cutlery - Nespresso coffee machine - milk frother - Kettle - tea towels and towels The bathroom is small but is fine. There is a shower with a rain shower function. A simple sink and toilet. The mirror has the function of not fogging up so that you can always use it. Of course, towels are ready for you as a guest. With a steep fixed staircase, you can go upstairs. The entire upper room is a sleeping area. There is a double bed and a single bed. There is plenty of room to place a crib. In the sleeping room, a built-in closet is made for your suitcase and clothes. This room has an open connection to the lower floor, there is no extra wall or door. Outside there is plenty of space. At the summer cottage, there is a canopy where it is wonderful to relax. There is garden furniture, playground and possibly a ping pong table available. Would you like to stay with your child? We have many supplies and toys. We are happy to help you find the best solution. There are also beautiful cycling and hiking routes in the area. Guest access The entire summer house is for our guests. Outside is a private terrace. The spacious garden of 7000m2 is shared with the owners. Other things to note Address is hard to find! You must navigate via the street Zilvermeeuw.
