Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This private cabin stands alone and has its own drive, parking space and garden. Lovely views over the hills and mountains and on a clear day you can just about see the sea. This leads to the most amazing sunsets and stunning twilight scenes. Great for individuals, couples, walkers and cyclists. If it’s peace and quiet you are looking for then ‘Harlequin Hutt’ is the place for you. Set in the welsh countryside just 1.5 miles from Criccieth. The space Harlequin Hutt is a wooden cabin set in its own private garden. The cabin is on the hosts land but not right by the house and is accessed by a separate drive and has its own parking. It is one room with an ensuite bathroom. The garden area is quite large and is a decorative stone garden. (Pebbles) The garden perimeter has three wooden privacy fence sides and one stock fence side ( this was done to keep the wonderful view ). The cabin has a large wooden veranda with a swing bench and a bistro set as well as a picnic bench in the garden itself. There is also both a charcoal barbecue and a fire pit ( please note we do not provide charcoal ). We do provide a start up supply of logs for either the log burner or fire pit but we do not proved additional logs. There is also a bike rack for those budding cyclists. The cabin has a double bed, bedside cabinets and on open wardrobe. The sockets near the bedside cabinets have usb ports and the bedside lamps have several different light settings for different moods. Bedding, linen and towels are provided. At the foot of the bed is a chaise longe and extra blankets for inside or outside use. Underneath the chaise longe is a comfy folding foot rest. Under the bed are stored the cushions for the swing bench and the bistro set and a hammock with instructions how to use. The kitchenette/kitchen has a double gas burner hob, a microwave, kettle, toaster, small crock pot/slow cooker and all the usual utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided and some milk sachets and biscuits for when you first arrive. Tea towels and dishcloths are also provided as well as washing up liquid and hand soap. More cleaning products can be found below the sink. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with two comfy stools and a lovely view out the window. The cabin has a wall mounted 32 inch smart TV with Netflix and Disney+ installed. Please select ‘Harlequin Hutt’ icon/account before viewing. Harlequin Hutt has a new upgraded WIFI . The cabin has a Charnwood log burner with a start up supply of fire lighters, kindling and logs. There is also a wall mounted electric heater. Bins can be found under the breakfast bar and outside by the side of the cabin. The ensuite bathroom is accessed through a sliding door and has a toilet, basin and electric shower. Also an electric towel rail. Hand soap is provided. There is a hair dryer in the cabin and a rechargeable portable fan. There are hangers in the open wardrobe. Guests also have use of the small field directly in front of the garden. That is to the left of the drive way coming in. But please note guests do not have access to the land on the other side of the driveway. There is no access permitted to the land to the right of the drive coming in. Other things to note Please note before booking that there is only room for one dog in the cabin. There is an additional £30 charge per trip for pets. Additional bags of logs can be purchased at £6 IMPORTANT: PLEASE refrain from allowing your pets on the bed or the furniture. Do not leave dogs unattended in the Hutt. Unfortunately, Harlequin Hutt is not suitable for children. There is no oven or washing machine machine in the cabin.
