This beautifully renovated studio apartment tucked away amongst the trees, boasts bright natural light , has a fully equipped kitchen, a convenient workspace, and a cozy murphy bed with queen mattress. Conveniently located, it's only a few minute walk to downtown Chagrin's charming shops, cafes and restaurants. The space To enhance your comfort, our home is equipped with a RainSoft water filtration system. This ensures that all water sources, including taps and showers, provide clean, great-tasting water. Guests have appreciated this feature, noting the convenience of not needing to purchase bottled water during their stay. The unit does NOT have air conditioning, only heating for the winter and cold. There is a ceiling fan and oscillating fans. The apartment naturally stays cooler as it is tucked into the hillside, and guests have never had issues, even in the heat of summer. There is also a dehumidifier which has helped draw out all the stickiness and moisture, helping immensely and noticeably since install. Other things to note Our house sits above the Airbnb apartment. We have small children so you may hear footsteps from time to time, but can assure you that noise will be kept to an absolute minimum during your stay! Please do not use our back deck atop the backyard. The apartment has full water filtration, including the shower and kitchen sink [very safe for drinking!]. Enjoy your visit :)
