Welcome to our cottage! This newly remodeled space offers the most serene mountain views of the valley and is on a private creek. Easily accessed by fully paved roads & close to many amenities, restaurants, hiking & shopping. We are dog & child friendly. We also offer an onsite car serve available for wine, distillery or hiking tours ( at additional fee) Sip your coffee on the deck overlooking the creek or enjoy your wine by the outdoor fireplace- you don’t want to miss this gem of a property! The space As you come down the winding Wolffork road- you will see a large half light and half dark blue home with a white picket fence as you come around the bend. The home will stand out through the clearing and you will also see two smaller red buildings on the property. Your turn will be on to the gravel driveway next to the paved driveway of the main house. Park on the gravel driveway in front of the cottage. You will also see our custom metal sign for the cottage, as well as the stone step pathway to the entrance. Follow the pathway to enter through the keypad of the front door. The code will be sent to you in your check in instructions. Your group has private access to the creek, expansive deck, outdoor dining table and fire pit. Please note our family lives in the main house, but we will not bother you during your stay. We are, however, available for questions or any recommendations you might need on dining, activities or sightseeing in the area. There is also onsite laundry should you require it please just let us know. It is designated to the cottage only and has private access. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen size mattress and one with 2 built in twin bunk beds. There is also a futon suitable for a child. There is also a fun, spacious loft with room for kids to relax and play games. The loft is accessed by a secure ladder. The ladder is removable by request for safety reasons. The Moo Cow Room: The Moo Cow Queen Master has a brand new mattress, luxury hotel linens and pillows, full length mirror, storage bench with extra bedding and blankets. The Bunk Room: The Bunk Room has custom twin beds, perfect for kids or young adults. The room has a closet with a luggage rack, hangers, vacuum and broom. There is also a futon in the room perfect for another child or used as a couch. Living Room: Lounge on a comfy couch that seats 3 comfortably along with plenty of additional seating and trays to set your food/ drinks. We also have games and puzzles to pass the time while you relax to the creek sounds. Kitchen: The kitchen is outfitted with a microwave, full size refrigerator, toaster oven/ air fryer, two plate hot plate, smoothie maker, electric tea kettle, pot/ pan for hot plate and everything you need like plates, dishes, silverware, utensils, wine opener and glasses etc. We provide you with a Keurig machine, coffee pods, tea, honey, creamer and sugar. Bathroom: Full bath, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, hair dryer. Outdoors: We have an outdoor grill, utensils and provide propane. There is a corn hole set, giant jenga, lawn dice. We provide firewood for outdoor fireplace. Pets: Please note that we do have a pet fee set. Please enter that you are bringing a pet into reservation details.Please no large animals as this is a small cottage, about 550 sq. feet. We love our four legged friends but ask that you do not leave your pet unattended and please crate while gone, we can provide a crate if you need. To prevent allergens we ask that your dog not sleep/lay on the bed or that you place a throw on the bed. Laundry: There is on site property washer/dryer by request that is private used for guests only. Detergent and dryer sheets provided. If needed let us know and we will direct you to the laundry area. Guest access Full and private access for your group. We do live in the main house but you will have plenty of privacy. Other things to note ***Creek Liability*** By accessing the creek on the property, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk and that you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. You understand that the creek can be dangerous, and you are fully responsible for your own safety and the safety of your party while near or in the creek. 2. You agree to not hold the property owner or their agents responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of your use of the creek. 3. You acknowledge that you have read and understand all posted warnings and instructions regarding use of the creek. 4. You will not hold the property owner or their agents responsible for any personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged while using the creek.
