Casa Lima is a newly remodeled house in central location with vibrant lime and aqua tropical decor. This is a local neighborhood, adjacent to Isla Verde, Ocean Park, Calle Loiza, beaches and all the attractions of San Juan! Modern, comfortable and fully furnished and set up for your to enjoy your stay in Puerto Rico. The space Casa Lima is a remodeled stand alone fully gated house on the ground floor. It has enough parking in the gated driveway for 1 car, possibly 2 small cars. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a wall air conditioning unit along with its own entrance, the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and a wall air conditioner. There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is well appointed with stove and oven, mid size refrigerator, toaster over, microwave, blender, pots, pans & dishes There is a brand new washer and dryer in the kitchen for your convenience. We have a 55 inch smart TV in the living room. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room. The vented windows have screens so you can get air if you prefer to turn off the a/c units and and yet keep it light while keeping the mosquitos outside! Guest access You will have the entire house as well as the gated driveway for your exclusive use. Other things to note This is a LOCAL working class neighborhood. You will see chickens, stray cats, and dogs. It is not a touristy area. It is only a mile to the beach and Isla Verde scene and it's walkable to trendy Calle Loisa, but the neighborhood has more of a local working class vibe.
