Brand new apartment with all new furnitures and electronics bought in April 2023. It is good for families to enjoy their holidays if you don‘t mind a bumpy road of about 1 km to reach a quiet and peaceful place to relax, then this is your choice. We have 6 family rooms in the resort, decoration and furnitures can be different. Resort have right to arrange any of the rooms. The space Brand New apartment with ALL NEW furnitures and electronics bought in April 2023. Bedroom 1: Queen sized bed with pool view. Strong AC, good matress. Bedroom 2: Bunk bed, upper bed is single size and lower bed is double size. Strong AC, good matresses. Living room: Sofa bed which turned to a queen sized bed when needed. 32 inch TV with 200+ satellite programs. Kitchen: Big kitchen area with big fridge, electric stove, rice cooker, cooking pans for long term rent guest. Bathroom: 24h hot water for shower. Balcony: Outdoor table and chairs. * Daily price is for 4 pax, breakfast included. * Kids age between 0-2 years can stay for free. * Extra guest will charge 500 pesos/night/pax including breakfast. * Max. 6 pax include kids age between 0-2 years. * Monthly rate is 40k pesos plus utility bills. Breakfast not included. Transportation: * Resort provides PAID transportation service from/to TAG airport, Alona beach. NO cleaning service provided during stay. The resort provides PAID Room cleaning service as well. *Laundry service can be provided by the resort, please check with reception. We can provide extra linen and towels for long term rent guest.
