All the rooms of this house are bathed in light thanks to its veranda, with corner opening and large bay windows that overlook the terrace and pool. You will enjoy the swimming pool open from mid-April to September (8x4), heated to 26 degrees, the Jacuzzi open all year round, the terrace, the garden, a barbecue, a petanque court and many children's games. Inside you will find a pool table, sauna, foosball table, library and board games. The space The main house can accommodate up to 13 people (including 4 children), and the annex can accommodate 4 people. THE MAIN HOUSE On the ground floor, the house welcomes you: - Its large, fully equipped kitchen with a central island: oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, barbecue utensils, two coffee makers (one drip and one Nespresso) - Its spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and a large TV, adjoining the veranda, which is equipped with a dining table that can seat up to 17 guests (fully stocked with tableware) - Here, you will find Bedroom 1 (160-cm double bed) with its en-suite bathroom with shower. - Toilets, a utility area with a washing machine, dryer, freezer, and vacuum cleaner. On the 2nd floor, there is a play area, foosball, billiards, a library, board games, children's games, and a sauna. You will find Bedrooms 2 and 3: with 160 cm (5' 3") and 140 cm (4' 7") beds + an en-suite bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. On the 2nd floor, Bedroom 4 is intended for children; it is located on a mezzanine with a sloping ceiling and has 4 single mattresses (90 x 190) on the floor. Bedroom 5 has a 160-cm double bed and a single bed, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The Annex The Annex is 50 meters from the main house. You will have access to two bedrooms with 160-cm (5 ft 3 in) double beds, each with its own bathroom with shower and whirlpool bathtub. You will have one bedroom on the ground floor and the second bedroom on the 2nd floor. Parking at the entrance to the property to park all your cars. Guest access All spaces except the garage are totally private to your rental: pool, spa, garden We'll need access to the garage during your stay to pick up the laundry by the cleaning service. This is an independent door, passage will be done discreetly. Other things to note Room 4 is intended for children, it is located in an attic mezzanine with 4 single mattresses on the floor. The pool is heated from mid-April to September (8 x 4), at 26 degrees; outside these dates, the pool will not be open. The Jacuzzi is accessible all year round. The cottage is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Parties are not allowed and music must be reasonable during the day, without being played after 10 p.m. A BBQ is available in spring and summer but we do not provide charcoal. We are flexible on check-in and check-out times outside of school holidays.
