Large house with heated pool, HOT TUB & Games

All the rooms of this house are bathed in light thanks to its veranda, with corner opening and large bay windows that overlook the terrace and pool. You will enjoy the swimming pool open from mid-April to September (8x4), heated to 26 degrees, the Jacuzzi open all year round, the terrace, the garden, a barbecue, a petanque court and many children's games. Inside you will find a pool table, sauna, foosball table, library and board games. The space The main house can accommodate up to 13 people (including 4 children) and the annex 4 people. THE MAIN HOUSE On the ground floor, the house welcomes you: - its large kitchen with fully equipped central island: oven, induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, barbecue utensils, two coffee makers (one filter and one Nespresso) - its spacious living room with wood-burning stove and large TV, adjoining the veranda equipped with a dining table that seats up to 17 guests (fully equipped with dishes) - you will find bedroom 1 (160 double bed) with its en-suite bathroom with shower. - toilets, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and a freezer and vacuum cleaner. On the 1st floor, a games area, foosball, pool table, library, board games, children's games, sauna. You will find bedrooms 2 and 3: with 160 and 140 beds + an en-suite shower room and separate toilet On the 2nd floor, bedroom 4 is for children, it is located in an attic mezzanine with 4 single mattresses on the floor. Bedroom 5 with a 160 double bed and a single bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower. THE ANNEX The Annex is 50 meters from the main house. You will have access to two 160 double bedrooms, their bathroom with shower and their spa bath. You will have one bedroom on the ground floor and the second bedroom on the 1st floor. Parking at the entrance to the property to park all your cars. Guest access All spaces except the garage are totally private to your rental: pool, spa, garden We'll need access to the garage during your stay to pick up the laundry by the cleaning service. This is an independent door, passage will be done discreetly. Other things to note Room 4 is intended for children, it is located in an attic mezzanine with 4 single mattresses on the floor. The pool is heated from mid-April to September (8 x 4), at 26 degrees; outside these dates, the pool will not be open. The Jacuzzi is accessible all year round. The cottage is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Parties are not allowed and music must be reasonable during the day, without being played after 10 p.m. A BBQ is available in spring and summer but we do not provide charcoal. We are flexible on check-in and check-out times outside of school holidays.
